Well Bottom Blues

Oh my God it's full of stars!

This Is NOT Fine

Re: Mary Oliver

Yes I love poetry
and Mary Oliver
writes lovely poems–
really, she does–
but constantly popping
her up on my timeline
is an algorithmic misfire,
like suggesting I try
relaxation breathing
in the kitchen as I make
a calming cup of herbal tea
watching the butterflies
in the flowers outside
while the house is on fire,
kitchen filling with smoke,
after I just cancelled
the newly privatized
fire department
to pay for groceries.
