Well Bottom Blues

Oh my God it's full of stars!

Musings

A notable part on Facebook posted what amounted to  a rhetorical question framed as a declarative sentence, one demanding an answer:

No one knows where a creative idea- an idea for a story or movie or even a poem- reliably comes from. A muse is as good of an explanation as any.

— Natalie Marino

My reply: Muse is cold abstraction, like the amateurish paintings of a child beside a tall garden angel. The idea must have fire, burn to come out, racing metabolism of a still bud about to burst out into flower.
